The Human Resources Council offers quality preschool education for young children in Butte and Dillon. The program is designed to give young children, ages 3-5, the skills they need to be successful in school by providing educational activities with qualified teachers, early childhood development, transportation, meals, and medical, dental and mental health services when needed. Parent involvement is welcome and strongly encouraged. Services are available to children who have special needs.
Eligibility
If you are a family with a child or children who are 3 to 5 years old, you live in Beaverhead or Silver Bow County and if your family's income is at or below 100% of poverty, your child or children are eligible for the Head Start Program. The school may allow children from families with higher incomes if space is available and some space is reserved for children with disabilities.
