MISSION Human Resources Council, District XII is dedicated to alleviating the causes and effects of poverty in Southwestern Montana by advocating for political and societal solutions to poverty, providing opportunities to improve the quality of life for those we serve through programs and community partnerships and partnering with people in need to help them achieve economic equality.

The Human Resources Council, District XII assists six counties in Southwestern Montana: Beaverhead, Deer Lodge, Granite, Madison, Powell and Silver Bow. We have been assisting the communities in these six counties since 1965.
